Alan was out of town for Halloween this year. He tried hard to get out of going on his business trip but no one seemed to understand that Halloween is an actual holiday and it's THE SECOND BEST holiday of the year especially when you have kids! So we had to trick and treat with out him. Luckily, we had Grandma Sharon to help take us around the neighborhood. If it were up to me we would have done the five houses on our street and be done. (The last thing I want to do while being sick and quite pregnant is to traipse around the neighbor asking for candy!)
