Today was Kayla's first day of "school". She attends Miss Becky's preschool on Mondays and Wednesdays and after the first day she already loves it! (I knew she would - she is such a social butterfly.) She is the youngest in the class but I think she will do really well. Miss Becky had to "re-direct" her a few times but she said that is to be expected at her age. Miss Becky has a dog name Riley and Kayla is the only one in the class that likes the dog. (That's my girl.) Kayla told me her friend Elise* just got a dog and she is going to get one too. I tried to explain to her that we were going to have a baby not a puppy but she should ask Grandma to get a puppy. That way we can have all the fun with it without the responsibilities of it.*author's note - the Haymonds do not have a dog nor are they planning on getting a dog anytime soon. These are the tales from three-year-olds.

Miss Becky's the BOMB.COM! This is going to be such a fun class. Kayla is such a beauty.
There you go...do you think you can talk grandma into it? She would be the world's best grandma for that one, that's for sure.
